the skull. A living head loved
earth. My bones resign
the worm, lips to hold
sparkling grape’s slimy circle,
shape of reptile’s food.
Where wit shone of shine,
when our brains are substitute,
like me, with the dead,
life’s little, our heads
sad. Redeemed and wasting clay
this chance. Be of use.
I like this poem because it’s showing how the after life of our body’s are their just bones laying in dirt and no one really thinks about that so it’s different.
A piece of green pepper fell off the wooden salad bowl: so what
This haiku I was short and your probably thinking what. But I like how it’s straight to the point and it’s has that I don’t care attitude. Like the pepper fell off, so what! Who care I’m still gonna live my life.
